I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the amenities were decent, my experience was marred by a few significant issues. My room wasn't what I expected, and there were some inconveniences with the service. On the plus side, the hotel has good facilities and offers family-friendly entertainment options, but I'd suggest some serious improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was assigned was outdated and not even close to what was shown on the website. It felt cramped and the decor was uninviting, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
Although some staff members were helpful, overwhelmed during peak times, they were not always professional in addressing issues. It felt like they were blaming guests for their challenges.
Location
6.0
The location is somewhat isolated; a bit of a drive to reach restaurants or attractions. It's convenient if you have a car but not ideal if you prefer more immediate access.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited during my stay, and service was slow due to the busy wedding season. I was charged unexpectedly for 'room service' which I found ridiculous.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, especially the pool and entertainment areas for kids, were enjoyable. However, the cleanliness could be enhanced in the public spaces.

6.0/10

My stay at this hotel had some highlights, including clean and comfortable rooms and a helpful staff that tried their best. However, there were quite a few drawbacks, such as the inconvenient parking situation and the disappointing dining experience. The location was decent but not ideal, and overall, I felt that the hotel didn't quite live up to its price point.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and generally comfortable, but ours felt far from the entrance and resembled a basement, which wasn't ideal. The bathroom layout was also disappointing compared to what was showcased on the website, especially for someone with limited mobility.
Service
7.0
While the service staff were pleasant and accommodating, I had a couple of interactions that felt frustrating with management, particularly regarding meal credits and late checkout. It could definitely improve.
Location
6.0
The location offered easy access to main routes, but it felt somewhat isolated. It was slightly inconvenient to navigate back to the hotel after exploring the area.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was just average and didn't really add much to my experience. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch, but I expected better options overall.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate but did not stand out. The pool area seemed nice, yet I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it, so my overall impression is mixed.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel which offered a range of activities perfect for our family. The spacious rooms were wonderfully clean and comfortable, providing a great haven after a day full of fun. While the dining options were excellent, I did find the breakfast a bit pricey. The overall experience was wonderful, though a few hiccups with the arcade could be improved upon.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities left much to be desired, especially the pool situation and cleanliness in the rooms. In contrast, I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the friendly staff, who were eager to help where they could. However, the dining options did not meet my expectations, particularly on Christmas Day when the restaurant hours were not followed, leading to some frustration.

Our stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the spaciousness of the rooms and the water park amenities offered a great experience for the kids, the lack of communication regarding our family suite reservation was truly disappointing. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being friendly while others seemed overwhelmed. The location was convenient for our plans, but not ideal since it was a bit out of the way from the attractions we wanted to visit.

Rooms
